Professional with over twenty-five years of experience in executive search, training and marketing activities in the IT and telecommunication industries. Set up training and marketing organisations for various well-known international IT companies headquartered in the Benelux. Held both operational and commercial positions in the technology and financial industry.
As a former partner in Hightech Partners ITP, handled executive search assignments in the technology, satellite and broadcasting sector throughout Europe and the US.
Was Vice President Human Resources for Commodore International Corporation, an exciting restart of the old Commodore. Built up the organisation from 17 to 70 people, including key hires such as CMO, SVP Global Sales and an advisory board. Handled recruitment in Europe and the US and turned Commodore into an interesting employer in an ever more strained labour market. In 2007 returned to Hightech Partners ITP and then founded a number of startups.
Since July 2015 restarted his executive recruitment, development and counseling practice: interexecs.eu. Presently coaching and development projects: Lindenhaeghe.nl en Café La Porte. draumr.nl, theguitarstore.eu and qvignes.nl. For Cubot BI and Wolken Software supporting their market entrance in Europe. Maintaining an international network of C-level professionals and entrepreneurs.
